How Triangle helped

Former New York City mayor Bill DeBlasio demanded a full investigation into abuses within the New York City homeless shelter system. Triangle Investigations was engaged by the New York City Department of Investigation to do this work. Triangle Investigations did the following work:

·       Comprehensive Investigations and Fact-Finding: We conducted in-depth interviews with numerous homeless shelter employees across all levels, reviewed an extensive trove of documents, and analyzed communication records to investigate standalone allegations of abuse.

·       Transparent Reporting: Provided detailed reports outlining findings, substantiated by evidence, and offered actionable recommendations for remediation to stakeholders at the New York City Department of Investigation.

·       Best Practices Manual and Training: Created best practices manual for NYC homeless shelter employees around identifying and investigating misconduct, and conducted live training for  shelter employees on the content.
